Communications provides special site licensing programs for webmasters that
desire to add Record-by-Phone™ Internet Audio service features to their
website(s). We supply the voice recording hotlines, audio hosting and file
management. Website owners pay a fixed price per member-activated account for
respective services. There are no monthly bandwidth charges for
playing voice messages on website membership profile pages. All billing costs
are based on the quantity of member activated audio accounts. Your website
members can automatically activate accounts with their telephones, or by
uploading audio files. Activated Account Costs – (Fixed

A monthly account is not
physically activated until recording activity has taken place. Website members
can automatically activate accounts using any telephone and a unique 6-digit
recording system access pin-code. If a voice account is not activated by a
website member, there are no monthly occurring charges for that respective
voice account. You are not billed for
accounts that not been previously activated by a website member. You
only pay for member activated accounts. After activation, member accounts
remain accessible and activated. Members can re-record and modify their
personal voice messages at any time (24/7 access) by telephone and their
respective 6-digit access pin-code. Activated accounts can be used at anytime
by website members without accruing additional monthly fees or billing charges.

Websites You may qualify for our discounted rates if your website generates a high volume of website membership account activations. If you have a history of late payments, you may not qualify. If your website qualifies, your monthly bill will be discounted according to the posted volume levels below: 10%
Discount 5000+ Activated Accounts Monthly Billings Your
monthly billing statement will be presented to you by the 5th day of
the calendar month. You will be granted 5 business days to review and pay your
monthly service bill. Non-payment will result in automatic termination of
services, if not received by the 15th of each month. Non-Payment / Late Payments Non-payment
of your services will result in automatic termination of services. To avoid

charge per activated account. If a website member elects to record a voice message
on their member profile, they are given a unique 6-digit access code and
recording hotline number for recording their voice message. Once an initial
voice message is recorded by phone by a website member, that account is
automatically activated and you will be billed later for one account activation
credit. Your website members can use their activated
accounts at anytime to re-record over their existing profile voice messages.
Re-recording over an existing voice message does not activate a new account; it
simply enables the members to change the audio content of their existing
activated accounts. We do not charge
you when a website member re-records over an existing voice message on an
account that is already activated. So, you are not billed activation credits
when members update voice messages. Once an account has been activated on a
members profile page, that member can change their profile voice message again
and again on single account activation credit. At Voice2Page we charge a monthly fee for each
individually activated account. For example, if you have 100 activated
30-second member profile recordings; your cost would be $89 a month (100
accounts x $0.89 per 30-second account
= $89 a month) Your recording hotline monthly service fee is $29.95
a month. You will need to select 15-second, 30-second, or 60-second voice
recording option for your entire website. The 60-second recording line option
costs more than the 30-second recording line option, because longer recording
lengths require more bandwidth usage from our audio play back facility in Los
