V2P Communications is a Nevada C-Corporation that was established in 2005. V2P Communications Inc. (The Company) is an Internet web-based company that was constructed to capture opportunities arising from new Internet technology, emerging online markets and ever-changing trends of Internet users.
V2P Communications Inc. has two main Internet audio websites; Voice2Page.com and NetAudioAds.com. The Voice2Page website’s primary purpose is to distribute and sell Record-by-Phone Internet audio monthly subscription services, while the NetAudioAds site places Internet Audio Advertising strategically across the Internet.

The Internet is the world’s largest communication distribution platform, and it has more than 907M daily online visitors. Today it is almost impossible to purchase a new computer that doesn’t already have an audio system installed.

In addition, members can opt-in for longer periods of recording times (up to 1 hour), or enable mp3 audio uploading capabilities for adding their own music or audio soundtracks. All of our additional features are service based monthly subscription items, and generate revenue for the Company.
Advertising Sponsored Free Service
Any website visitor can register for free voice services as Voice2Page member, provided they opt-in and accept of our written Terms of Service Agreement. In accordance with our “Terms of Service”, free service members must agree to accept audio advertisements on their sites. Audio advertising is not an optional feature for free service accounts; it is required for activation of free voice services.
Any Free Service Members can purchase non-ad supported voice service accounts by logging in as a members and selecting a monthly subscription service plan.
Our free voice recording service enables members to use a phone to record a 15-second voice message on websites, web pages, blogs and auctions. All free service accounts are limited to an initial 24-hour recording period. Once a free service user has activated their account, recording access features are automatically disabled after 24 hours.
Free service members can change their voice message at any time during this period. Nevertheless, after 24 hours, their last recorded voice message will continue to play on their site for an indefinite period of time. This means, their visitors will only hear their last recorded voice message.
If a free service member needs to record a new voice message after the 24-hour recording period, he or she can opt-in at any time for our pay subscription monthly services to re-activate their recording system access pin-codes.
For free services members who want to exclude audio advertisements, they can subscribe to any of our pay service plans. All pay-subscription voice service accounts include "anytime record-by-phone" features, longer voice message recording times that exceed 15-seconds and, pay service plans do not include audio advertisements.
The Company generates revenue from placements of corporate sponsorship advertising.
Internet Licensing Services
V2P Communications provides special site licensing programs for webmasters that desire to add Record-by-Phone Internet Audio service features to their website(s). We supply the voice recording hotlines, audio hosting and file management. Website owners pay a negotiated price per member for respective services.
There are no monthly bandwidth charges. All pricing is base on per active audio account used. Accounts are considered used after activation. Accounts can be activated remotely by telephone.
Additional charges may apply for unscheduled special modifications and toll-free recording hotlines.
